A complete front and rear disc brake pad set engineered for the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 and Guerrilla 450. Choose between a Sintered compound for maximum stopping power and heat resistance, or a Ceramic compound for a smoother, quieter, low-dust everyday ride.
Sintered Compound
Manufactured using a high-temperature sintering process that fuses metallic powders and friction materials at around 1300°C, producing a pad built for durability and consistent bite under demanding conditions. The friction material blends copper and steel/iron for heat dissipation and wear resistance, with graphite and molybdenum disulfide added for smooth, consistent modulation under load. Rated to handle heat up to roughly 1000°C without fade, with a typical service life of 12,000–18,000 km depending on riding style. Well suited to spirited street riding, off-road use, and touring where sustained braking performance matters most.
Ceramic Compound
A ceramic composite friction material designed for excellent thermal stability, quiet operation, and reduced brake dust. The compound's slot-and-chamfer design helps cut down noise and vibration during braking, making it a strong choice for daily commuting and general road use where a smoother, cleaner-running pad is preferred over outright aggression.
