The underside of your V-Strom takes a beating off-road — give it real protection. The MotoCo Motorcycles Engine Bash Plate is machined from thick, high-grade aluminium to shield the oil pan, engine case, oil filter, exhaust headers, side stand sensor, and rear suspension linkage from rocks, ruts, and trail hazards.
Despite its strength, the aluminium build keeps added weight to a minimum so the V-Strom 800DE retains its agility on technical terrain. Strategic cutouts are built into the design to maintain airflow around the engine, preventing the kind of heat build-up that solid skid plates can cause on long, slow off-road stretches.
It bolts directly onto the V-Strom 800DE's existing mounting points with no modification required, and the powder-coated finish resists scratches and corrosion ride after ride. Choose from silver or black depending on your bike's finish.
